Our standard shipping time is 7-10 business days for orders within the United States and 14-18 bussiness days for international orders depending on your location. Please note these are estimate times and may vary due to factors out side our control. 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition adn packaging. Please not that customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason fo rthe return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

If you have not seen movement your order has not been shipped yet, but no worries! As soon as your order ships you will receive tracking information via email. Remember some orders take a bit longer than others.

Orders are processed as they come in, some of our items have already been made and some need to be made. We want to get your products to you as fast as possible so some items will be sent out at different times. The rest is on its way!
