- Returns: We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom items, including personalized workout clothes or items made to your specific order, are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@allplay.store to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@allplay.store with details and photos. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
