ALLPLAY Return Policy

1. General Policy

At ALLPLAY, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy for eligible items. Please review the details below:

  • Returns: We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom items, including personalized workout clothes or items made to your specific order, are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@allplay.store to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@allplay.store with details and photos. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
